Shipping Information

FREE DELIVERY for all orders above £120

All items over £120 within UK mainland are delivered FREE via DHL next day courier. We dispatch items daily Monday to Friday. Your order should reach us before 12:00PM for same day dispatch. If your item is sent on a Friday it will be expected to arrive the following Monday. We generally do not send items on Saturdays or Sundays. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and remote UK areas such as the Scottish Highlands might experience extra 1-2 days.

A signature is required upon delivery. The courier will make two attempts to re-deliver your item after this time the customer is required to make contact with the courier company to arrange re-delivery of the parcel. Please ensure someone is in to accept your order. We reserve the right to re-charge for postage if your item returns to us undelivered.

When your order has been dispatched, UPS will email you a tracking number. To check the status of your parcel, please go to either www.ups.com or www.royalmail.com and select their tracking option.

USA-CANADA

FREE DELIVERY for all orders above $140

All deliveries to the USA and CANADA are via UPS or FEDEX for most items or International signed for service for smaller bags i.e purses and clutches. Generally, your item should arrive the next working day if it was shipped via FEDEX although this cannot be guaranteed and it depends on customs clearance.

There are no import taxes to The US for all orders up to $800

CHINA

SHIPPING is at £14

All deliveries to CHINA usually take 7-19 working days via CHINA POST.

The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and handing fees which are liable once your package reaches the country of destination. If for any reason the customer declines paying for the duties and the item returns to us, we will then refund your purchase minus the shipping cost of the return.

EUROPE

FREE DELIVERY for all orders above 120 Euro

All deliveries to the European Union are mainly via UPS .

Delivery to non EU European countries might take longer.

Note: Customers from SWITZERLAND and NORWAY are liable for all customs duties, taxes and handling fees

charged by the shipping agent.

REST of the World

All deliveries to AUSTRALIA, RUSSIA, NEW ZEALAND, JAPAN, SINGAPORE are via either FEDEX or UPS or for smaller items via Royal Mail International signed for service. Generally, your item should arrive within 7-10 working day although this cannot be guaranteed and it depends on customs clearance. We will email you a tracking number once your order is ready for shipping and you can check its status online at www.fedex.com .
